The Chinese have introduced the first ever cooking robot, that can make Chinese cuisines like Sichuan, Shandong and Canton, from its repertoire of dishes. The robot is named ‘AI COOKING ROBOT‘ or AIC in short, and it took 4 years of extensive research with a development cost of $253,000.

The robot was recently demonstrated on Sunday cooking beautifully-flavored, attractive-looking shrimp in just five minutes. It can fry, bake, boil and steam food, to satisfy your taste buds.

It will go on sale in 2007 and can be installed in your home if you are interested in tasting authentic chinese food. The robot might not do all the tasks done by a human, but it sure can let you sit back and relax, while your bot prepares food for you. Ah….the blessings of living in this age !!!
